The ride itself is fine, but wow, the turning feels way stiffer than I expected, especially in tighter spots. On open paths it handles well, but the second I have to go around corners, it feels like I’m wrestling with it a little. It’s not awful or anything, but I really wish it felt smoother and easier to control.

This thing barely made it a week before the wheels started getting loose. Seems like these kinds of products always look fine at first and then fall apart right away. Disappointing.

The return itself was fine, but the refund took a while to come through. I wasn’t expecting it to turn into something I had to keep checking on, and it added a bit of unnecessary stress. It worked out in the end, but I wish the process had been quicker

I ordered from jmkride.com and at first the product looked decent, but after using it a few times it started to feel cheap. A couple of parts didn’t fit together that well, and I noticed small scratches in the finish way sooner than I expected. It technically works, but for the price I thought it would feel a lot better. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but the quality was a letdown. When I reached out, I also felt like I was being talked down to a bit instead of actually helped, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I tried using Jmkride because I figured it would be easy to get the hang of, but I was confused almost right away. The steps weren’t very clear, so I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next, and that part was weird.
Maybe it makes more sense if you already know what you’re doing, but as a beginner it got frustrating fast. I didn’t really feel like I was learning much, just clicking around and getting annoyed

I’ve been using these wheels for a few weeks now, and they ride really smooth. There’s noticeably less vibration on rough paths, and the grip feels good even when I’m taking faster turns, so performance-wise I’m happy with them.

They feel sturdy too, not cheap or wobbly, and I haven’t noticed any weird noises so far. Shipping ended up being fine, but I was a little annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order for a bit. Still, the wheels themselves are solid and I’d buy them again...

I booked through Jmkride and felt like it was a good deal for the price. There weren’t any surprise fees at the end, which I appreciated, and the ride was smooth enough. It wasn’t super fancy, and maybe there were a couple little things that weren’t perfect, but nothing that bothered me much. It did what I needed it to do, and I’d probably use it again.

The seats felt nice at first, well, they stayed comfy the whole ride. I don’t really have any complaints

Getting a reply felt like waiting forever, and when they finally answered, it was useless. Not sure what the point of that was if they couldn’t even give a helpful response

I like that it folds up, and most of the time it’s easy enough to carry around. It’s not quite as smooth or compact as I imagined though—like, it technically folds, but then you’re still figuring out the best way to hold it or tuck it somewhere. For quick trips or moving it from place to place, it does the job. Just don’t expect it to magically disappear in your hands.

I really wanted to like this, but the ride was just way too rough for me. It felt like I was the one who ended up with something that picks up every little crack and bump in the road. Even short drives got annoying quickly because I could feel everything, and it made the whole experience more tiring than it should’ve been. Maybe other people don’t mind it, but I expected way more comfort. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I got kind of turned around while setting up my ride on jmkride, and I was probably overthinking it, but I ended up messaging support because I just couldn’t figure out the next step.
They didn’t reply right away, it took a few hours I think, but when they did it was actually helpful. They sent clear instructions and a couple screenshots, and that made it way easier to fix without getting stressed about it.
I’m giving 4 stars because I do think the guides on the site could be easier to find, since that probably would’ve saved me the message in the first place. But the support person was patient and explained everything in a simple way, so overall it was a good experience.

The item did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the wait was annoying and the updates weren’t very clear. I’d maybe order again, but I’d trust my instinct next time and only do it if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.

The bearings were fine at first and rolled well for the first few rides, but they started getting a little noisy sooner than I expected. It was stable enough most of the time, but not perfect. I ran into a few moments where it didn’t feel as solid as I’d hoped. To be fair, I probably put more pressure on it than the average person would, so part of that might be on me...

I didn’t feel comfortable or safe using this service, so I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

At first I was just like, okay, this site looks nice... but then I actually started clicking around and, wow, I really liked it. It feels clean, easy to browse, and the colors are pleasant without being too much.
